Unified Chart With Hunterdon Healthcare Partners

MidJersey Orthopaedic physicians are among many of local physicians and practices partnering to use a Unified Chart, called NextGen, within Hunterdon Healthcare System.

If patients are visiting more than one practice within the system, Hunterdon Healthcare Partners now have the ability to view one common electronic medical record, instead of multiple separate records. This will reduce patients filling out duplicate forms for each practice or doctor visit. More importantly, it promotes better patient coordination of care and cuts down on duplicate testing.
