Acupuncture is a holistic therapy endorsed by the World Health Organization (WHO) and National Institutes of Health (NIH) for treating a variety of health conditions. It is a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that involves the application of slim, one-time-use needles to specific areas, called acupoints.
Acupuncture has proven beneficial in relieving acute and chronic pain, digestive disorders, fatigue, migraines, anxiety and stress, insomnia, asthma and seasonal allergies, neurological problems, morning sickness and much more.

Jennifer Palko, L.Ac. completed her acupuncture training at The Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine in Montclair, NJ and is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Jennifer is a member of the New Jersey Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NJAAOM) and the American Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AAAOM). She has received NCCAOM certification and is actively deepening her expertise in holistic health.
Previously, Jennifer worked at the Veterans Hospital in East Orange, NJ where she provided help to America’s war veterans suffering with chronic pain and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. In addition to her partnership with HOI, Jennifer has an acupuncture practice in Springfield, NJ. She has worked as a Physical Therapy Aide in a successful Physical Therapy practice in Princeton and has over seven years of experience in the global medical communications field.
